Pepal designs and delivers executive leadership programmes that bring together business, NGO and public sector leaders on projects that create sustainable and scalable social change in developing countries. Pepal programmes combine project work, world-class management and leadership training, and field exposure. Pepal consolidates learning, embeds partnerships and ensures change on the ground by supporting project implementation and remote working.

Education Requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field.
Experience Required
- Minimum 05 years of relevant experience.
Language Required:
- Fluent written and spoken English.
Renumeration:
- £30,000 – £35,000 (depending on candidate experience).
Responsibilities:
- Manage Pepal staff in Uganda, supporting individual team members to gain skills and confidence.
- Plan resources and manage budgets to maximise efficiency and effectiveness.
- Design, in collaboration with the Programme Team and leadership faculty, programmes which both achieve social impact and provide a rich environment for leadership learning.
- Develop detailed plans for each programme including location selection, participant
- selection and project focus.
- Deliver the programmes, online and off-line, facilitating engaging sessions.
- Ensure the social impact projects progress and that partner and participant expectations are managed and fulfilled.
- Proactively develop NGO, and other partnerships, in Uganda.
- Generate evidence, stories and case studies highlighting programme impact.
- Support of the Executive Director develop plans and the strategic direction for programmes, projects and social change areas.
