The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) seeks suitable applicants for the position below at the Jigjiga, Ethiopia.
- Employment Type: Full-Time.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years
- Language: Fluency in English, both written and verbal

Other Requirements / Information:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance or Accounting
- Minimum 5 years’ experience from working as a Finance in a humanitarian context
- Previous experience from working in complex and volatile contexts
- Documented results related to the position’s responsibilities
- Knowledge about own leadership skills/profile
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
Role and responsibilities:
- Implement NRC’s systems and procedures at area level
- Ensure adherence to NRC policies, handbooks, guidelines and donor requirements
- Prepare and submit reports and analysis (Assist the fiancé manager in reviewing and consolidating all grant management reports)
- Ensure proper filing of all support documents
- Support line managers/Coordinators in budget preparation, monitoring and financial procedures and require support team trainings
- Management of finance team
- Member of Area Management Team (AMT)
