Education Requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree, in relevant field.
Experience Required
- 3 years of experience in consulting, finance, or financial analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Research different topics by collecting qualitative and quantitative information then validate and summarize the findings
- Prepare responses to project related queries and help close stalled projects across the department
- Provide thought-partnership, draft reports, and support on priority challenges for the leadership team
- Collate and prepare presentations for senior leadership meetings.
- Coordinate participant logistics, agenda creation and overall plan for team meetings and retreats
- Organize field visits and initiatives that strive to maintain team cohesion.
Other Requirements:
- Solid understanding of using advanced formulas in Excel
- Logical thinker, with an knack for analysis and solving business problems
- Plan, prioritize and complete work across multiple projects
- Internal customer service-centric attitude.
